Shipping methods for Greece

Up to 2 kilograms – 4.00€
For each additional kilogram, there is a charge of 1 euro per kilogram.

*Free shipping on orders over 100 euros. The latest estimated delivery time within Attica is 1-3 days, in the rest of Greece. *There is a possibility that hard to reach areas are served by the local Post Office and there may be longer delays.

*After placing your order you will receive an informative e-mail and when your order is shipped you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number and a link to search for the parcel (please also check your junk mail if you have not received an update).

Special priority mail – Elta courier

  • Up to 2 kilograms – €30
  • From 2 kilograms to 6 kilograms – €50
  • From 6 kilograms to 10 kilograms – €65
  • Delivery Time: 4-10 business days

International Shipping methods

FedEx® International Economy:

  • Usually, 2-5 business days

Delivery Days

  • All business days, Monday to Friday
  • Saturday delivery is available in countries where Saturday is a business day

Deliveries may be delayed in case of problems with the country’s road network or severe weather conditions.

Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday.

(Our company is not responsible under any circumstances for any delays due to force majeure or events beyond the control of the company. Indicatively, delays that may be due to strikes, intermediate loading-unloading areas, extreme weather phenomena (e.g. prohibition of sailing from ports or flight ban) are mentioned. In the event of any delays, the company will make every effort to receive your order as soon as possible (possible delay may occur in some Elta-Courier/FeDex branches due to a large volume of parcels) .

When submitting your order, you are transferred to the secure environment of Alpha Bank.

All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Nexi e-Commerce” of Nexi Payments Greece S.A. and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

CASH ON DELIVERY METHOD

You pay the full amount to the courier upon delivery, who, once you give them the money, will deliver the package with the product you have ordered. You can pay with cash or with a credit card. Check the integrity of the package as soon as you receive it.

BANK DEPOSIT

You can also pay your order via bank deposit or web banking. Do not forget to fill in your full name or your order number in the reason for payment field.
