Standard Return Policy
We are confident that you will be pleased with your purchases from the KM DIVE. However, in the rare event that a product does not meet your expectations, you have the option to return or exchange it with a receipt within 10 days of receiving the product from KM DIVE. The product must be in its original condition, including all parts, accessories, and packaging, for us to facilitate the exchange.
Please note the following:
- If you are returning an item with a gift receipt, KM DIVE will issue a Gift Card.
- Returned products may undergo inspection, and if approved, a refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days.
Order Acceptance/Confirmation
KM DIVE may refuse or cancel any order or limit order quantity. KM DIVE may also require additional qualifying information prior to processing any order. Once we receive your online or phone order, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order or constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund it.
Product Availability and Limitations
Given the popularity and supply constraints of some products, we may have to limit the number available for purchase and reserves the right to change the number at any time, even after you place an order. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, we will cancel the order and refund your purchase price.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are not reloadable and cannot be resold. Neither the issuer nor our company is responsible for any loss or theft of the gift card or for its use without your permission. Keep them close; they’re valuable and can be redeemed by anyone who finds them. Additional payment will be required if the purchase price of your new product exceeds the value of the gift card. It may seem obvious, but we wanted to make sure you were aware. The terms and conditions of the gift cards are not subject to change without notice.
Shipping & Delivery
Please refer to the Shipping & Pickup page for information on how and when you’ll receive the products you’ve purchased from KM DIVE. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please understand that external factors beyond our control may impact delivery times once your order leaves our facilities. Consequently, we cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery. However, we’re committed to assisting you to ensure a smooth delivery process.
As KM DIVE handles the dispatch of the products you purchase from our store, the risk of loss or damage to the products transfers to you or your designated person upon physical possession of the products. Title to the products transfers to you when the carrier picks up the products from our warehouse. At this stage, you’ll receive a Shipment Notification Email.
